Event Registration Terms

By registering for this event and checking the box below, you agree to the following.

Payment and cancellations. All registrations are non-refundable. If you can't attend, we may, at our discretion, apply what you paid as a credit toward a future Consulting Success event, provided you are an active member of the Clarity Coaching Program at that time. If the future event costs more, you'll pay the difference when you register. If we need to change the date, venue, or format, or cancel the event, we'll offer you a credit toward a future event or, at our choice, a refund of your registration fee. We aren't responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs you incur to attend.

Assumption of risk and release. Attending involves risks, including travel, activities at or near the venue, and the actions of other people. You choose to attend at your own risk and accept all of these risks, known and unknown. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree not to sue Advicetap Digital Inc. (operating as Consulting Success) and its directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and agents (together, "Consulting Success", "we", or "us") for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to you or your property arising from the event, even if caused by the negligence of Consulting Success.

Your belongings. You are responsible for your own belongings. We aren't responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Your guests. If you bring a guest, you are responsible for them. You confirm you've shared these terms with your guest and that they agree to them by attending. You agree to cover any claim, loss, or cost we incur because of your guest's conduct, your own conduct, or a claim brought by your guest.

Your health and conduct. You are responsible for your own health, fitness, and safety, including any alcohol you consume, and for following venue rules. We may remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.

Our content. Anything we share at our events comes from our own experience and is for general information only. It isn't legal, financial, or other professional advice, and we don't guarantee results. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Limit of liability. If any liability isn't released above, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to register.

Photos and video. We may photograph and film the event and use images and recordings that include you for promotional and internal purposes. If you'd rather not be featured, tell us at the event or email info@consultingsuccess.com and we'll do what we reasonably can. We won't share confidential information you disclose in private sessions without your permission.

General. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, and you agree that the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
